Mark your calendars for the second annual Holy Trinity Saturday Soirée—Celebrating Our Community 150 Years Strong!
Join us in Passavant Hall for a fun and elegant evening of connecting with each other while supporting Holy Trinity through a unique fundraiser - an auction that brings the interests and talents of our congregation to life.
There will be over 40 remarkable auction items at your fingertips, all carefully curated by the talented members of our congregation. Our auction catalog boasts week-long getaways from the shores of Lake Michigan to sunny Arizona, immersive and decadent culinary experiences full of international cuisines, wellness sessions for the mind, body, and soul, from dream interpretation to therapy and physical fitness, handcrafted garments, and so much more!
This event is not to be missed — contribute to the growth of our vibrant HT community while fostering a spirit of unity and faith within our congregation. Good food and good company for a good cause awaits you.
The auction itself will be hosted on an online platform this year, with the opportunity to bid from home, or with assistance in person at the Saturday Soirée event. There are several in-person exclusive items that will only be available for bidding if you are attending the event. Whether or not you will be joining us in person, it is important to create your account in advance so there’s no delays when bidding begins.
How it works:

There will be instructions to create an account. This will collect all the standard and necessary information needed to participate in the auction, including a method of payment, and your contact information (including a cell phone number). The site will send you courtesy texts if you have been outbid for an item.
Once you have your account set up with your information, you can look through the full catalog and save your favorites in advance.
Bidding for the auction will be open from 12pm-9pm on Saturday, the 14th.
The Soirée is free and we welcome everyone from the congregation to attend as well as friends and neighbors, too! In Passavant Hall, we’ll have a festive atmosphere with light appetizers, desserts, wine and non-alcoholic beverages, and a one-of-a-kind auction.
Nearly all of Holy Trinity’s budget (93%) comes from offerings, so we depend on additional fundraising opportunities to support the yearly operation of our mission. We’re excited that the Saturday Soiree will help us do that while also giving us a fun evening of fellowship and celebration.
The auction will be hosted online this year, so even if you can’t join the festivities in person, you won’t miss the opportunity to bid on these dazzling experiences. Look out for more information on how to join the online auction soon!
