Music at Holy Trinity

Lutherans are known for the primacy given to music in worship and Holy Trinity continues this tradition. We use six musical settings of the liturgy from Evangelical Lutheran Worship.

Organ is the primary instrument used to accompany congregational song at the 10:30 a.m. service but we also appreciate a diversity of musical styles and often one hymn is accompanied by piano during a given liturgy.

Several portions of the liturgy at 10:30 a.m. use ancient chant tones including the Great Thanksgiving led by the presiding minister and the Lord’s Prayer which is sung by the entire assembly.
